I'm hosting a pool party for my weight loss support group. Aside from fruit and salads, what would you suggest I serve? Preferably low-calorie and healthy.

Why not all fruit smoothies? Freeze a few bananas and get some frozen fruit or berries, blend to the right consistency and serve in cute glasses with little umbrellas.

smoothies rock! diet pepsi, 0% everything! make sure you have great music really sets the mood, if you make punch (or even just water) freeze orange slices and strawberries or any fruit and use them as ice cubes! or when making the ice put bits of fruit in ice! super chic and cute, looks like you spent lots of time w/ out actually spending it, but i agree with the previous answer - teryaki chicken ,perhaps on sticks, and grilled pianapple sound great, shishcabobs with lots of veggies and chicken or pork!
hope it helps! =^)
