There is NOTHING at the top to choose from ( no tools / options ) I have to use the F-keys to 'save / print / etc'....any suggestions? I have deleted the program and re-installed, and the problem still exists. The page looks like a 'full screen' mode, BUT NO TOP TOOLBAR! People have suggested to click 'tools'....BUT there is NOTHING to work from!

Do you have the File, Edit, View buttons on the top? If so, hit View, then choose Tool Bar, then cllick which toolbars you want.... If you dont have View across the top, then I cant help ya, sorry....

Try to right click on the top and the option should come up to show the bars you want.

In Word, go under tools then to customize
