ABSOLUTELY!... yes you can always save up and get another car later... i mean, c'mon! you said this was your best friend and he's gonna die if you don't!.. wow.. what r u gonna do w/ a car anyways if he'd dead? drive around thinking of how you in a way contributed to his death??... definately sell the car! i hope the surgery goes well and he gets better soon! good luck! =)
