I'm 14 years old. about 5'1 tall and weight 120 lbs.
I'm trying to lose weight this summer (I already lost 4 pounds this month)
For breakfast.. I have cereal with skim milk
for lunch it depends but usually anything meat, fish..
for dinner i have salad with low fat vinegrette dressing with turkey, tomatoes, and mozerella cheese on it
For snack I eat those nabisco 100 calorie things
For the excersising part.. I walk for 30 minutes every night
do you think I can lose about 10 pounds before september?
