I'm 14 years old. about 5'1 tall and weight 120 lbs.
I'm trying to lose weight this summer (I already lost 4 pounds this month)

For breakfast.. I have cereal with skim milk
for lunch it depends but usually anything meat, fish..
for dinner i have salad with low fat vinegrette dressing with turkey, tomatoes, and mozerella cheese on it
For snack I eat those nabisco 100 calorie things
For the excersising part.. I walk for 30 minutes every night

do you think I can lose about 10 pounds before september?

the food sounds good but for excersize you need to make sure that you get your heart rate up....once your heart is pounding, you need to excersize for at least 15 minutes.......

Well, if you lost 4 pounds this month with what you listed, then maybe you will average 4 pounds a month... about 12 pounds by September. Just remember not to eat too little because that can cause problems too. :) Good Luck!

The quickest way to lose weight is eating only once a day. Do this for 3-4 days and u'll lose a lot of pounds.

Not really sure that you actually need to lose weight! First of all, you are only 14 years old and from the sounds of it, it's not like you are obese! Just enjoy life, watch what you eat and make sure you include some physical activity, that's all you need to know. It's about your lifestyle, not about dietting.

You need to do brisk walking to take care of the exercise part. Eat an apple instead of snacking on those 100 calorie thing.

food sounds good, but you need to walk fast for at least 45 min x5 days a week. 10 pounds by sept is very doable!

Yah, you're only 14 so it's not good to do intense excerise because your body is still in critical growing stages.
