It depends on the airline and their airplanes. If you're flying domestic in the states, a few airlines have them, i.e. American, but most planes do not. There is usually an outlet in the bathroom that you might be able to use.

They used to, but these days many airlines took them out, because it could be a fire hazard if something gets plugged in wrong and starts smoking. I'd guess you are out of luck - I haven't seen an active plug for years.
