At this moment it may be dumb enough to you. When you realize the only way out of here will be heaven or hell. One day you will have to realize and choose which way you will go. Because some people as your self may not attend any Christ Like Religion. It take the TV evangelists to help others understand YOU MUST EXCEPT CHRIST.

Having TV evangelists does not make Americans dump. Why criticize someones way of living just because it is different from yours? It just means their evangelists are finding new ways of trying to reach people who sit at home and watch TV.

Because of 2 major contributing factors, we see this phenomenon: 1) Americans have become an increasingly "passive" lot... we like to be "entertained" rather than make our own means of connecting to various elements of the human equation, and 2) we have the disposable monies to line their coffers, or they could not continue their ministries. To me, they seemed initially innocuous enough until they actually started to spin doctrine into dogmatic diatribes against anyone not fitting into their often narrowly-defined sense of the appropriate. Plus, with the possible exception of Billy Graham, they have an overwhelming stench of hypocrisy. This also has people thinking in the mindset that "God is on OUR side." Better to take the view that "We are on God's side." Think on this. There IS a difference, and its the difference between creating a "theocracy" and a simple revival in "theonomization."

Actually, it is not the only society 'dumb enought to have TV evangelists.' Unfortunately, it is catching on.\
