If someone your talking to seems sneaky and decieving what should you do about it?

Well, I think you should let go of that person.
There are only 2 reasons why that person would be sneaky.
1. If that person is scared of you, where you are dominating that person and he/she does not like that and wants to desperately get away from you.
2. If you are not filling in the gaps in the relationship.
But you only mentioned that you are talking to that person??? Well in any case, that cannot be classified as a relationship.
Either ways, that person is screaming for some space.
And I think you should give it to him/her.
Take a small trip outside town, stay away for a while, say around a forthnight or so.
Come back, send him a e card or something. If he appreciates your mail in his inbox, he will either call you or mail you.
Honest opinion: I think you should concentrate on yourself than on 'the relationship', because the person does not sound like he/she is keen on going ahead with you.

If they only seem sneaky and you don't have proof. If you don't think there worth it end it. But if you are interested be careful on what you say and do untill you get the proof. Maybe try setting them up, or follow them, do what you can

Get ouit of the relationship, u already know their character and is that something you want in ur relationship? If not dropp her, cuz u cant change her.

I think that you should just be cool about it and when you actually see them in action you should confront them and make a decision wether to stay with them or not!

You watch their actions,, if the actions match the words,, then ok,, if not call it to their attention if they still don't change then move on in your own world because you can't trust them.
