My special and easy fudge recipe is as follows, I always get rave reviews on this, it's EASY and quick to make.
1 package milk choclate or semi sweet chocolate chips
2 cups marshmallows ( i use the small ones but big are ok)
1 can sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup nuts ( optional)
Over medium heat add the chips, milk and marshmallows, mix continually until all are mixed. Try to whip in as much air as you can, it makes the fudge lighter. When it's done, take off the heat, add the vanilla and nuts. Pout into a 8x8 pan, lined with oiled. sprayed or buttered foil. Put into the refridgerator for atleast 4 hours or until chilled. Pull the foil out, peel off the foil and cut into 1 inch squares. Enjoy! this is my most requested recipe.

Cinnamon and sugar on sesame oil, cocoa on pisco, and milk on coffee liquor. Heat the first two, and in a separate bowl heat milk on coffee liquor. After the first mix gets molt, add the hot milk on coffee liquor and add the cocoa on pisco for a good chocolate recipe. Be sure milk do not overexpanse, mix dont cook, and add some ice to the final chocolate. Careful with cream, dont add to flavor. Add some butter and enjoy the chocolate.
