Depending on your location it could be a struggle.

Call NHS direct and they should be able to give you the name of an NHS dentist in your region offering treatment. (if any)

Probably not, sorry. It's practically impossible to get taken on by an NHS dentist now because of the huge shortages and if you've missed a couple of appointments they probably won't let you back on to their list. But I guess it's always worth a try, I wouldn't hold your breath though.

There should be a list on the web of all dentists taking new patients in your area. Contact NHS direct they will point you in the right direction ... i checked my area, and theres at least half a dozen willing to take new patients on, just because you miss appointments, your own dentist my exclude you, ( they want paying customers ) but you can apply to any NHS dentist thats got spare places.

you can try , but its going to be difficult-n they will probably let you sign up again in about 4 months if your lucky.
