You can somewhat make healthy choices in most fast food eating places. Subway is decent if you are looking at fat content and you leave off the mayo and cheese. It's a little know fact that most of the salads offered at fast food joints have just as much sugar (carbs) as a big fat hamburger with all the fixins

I read the menus, calories etc.. on the web for all fast food places. Most people will say subway. But that is only true if you eat the right sandwich with the right toppings. McDonalds Salads are even better than Subway. All fast food places now have to have a menu posted with the calories, fat content etc... And you can find most of them on the web. Check it out for yourself. Depending on what you like.

Wendy's has the best choices for any type of diet whether its atkins or Weight watchers. People think subway but it is way too much bread and preservatives. Wendy's has chili, lots of good salads, backed potatoes, and now they have even changed their oil for the fries so they are healthier.

Then again you can't beat Japanese food for quick and healthy.

Subway, any sub place, any deli type place
If you are talking fast food like McDonalds, then Wendy's is probably the least unhealthy of them all.

I would have to say Subway. You can have salads with what you want on them or even a veggie sandwich. I find I will eat salads more often when I can chose what I have on them instead of an already made one.

NONE! It is all processed food no matter what way you look at it. Check into the salads on a search engine because it turns out that even the salads at Burger King and McDonald's is loaded with fat and calories! Its really really bad stuff! Healthy eating is being "aware" of what you are putting into your body and by going to the local grocer and hand picking what you want is always a much better choice.

Subway, as long as you limit the mayo and oil dressing you put on the sub. Thse raise the fat value phenomonally if you layer them on.
