im 5'4 and 110, i have a beach trip coming up in 1 week and i need to lose 5 lbs. anything i can do? i feel like i hit a plateau in my weight and can't lose anymore! help!

Here's what you do. You drink a gallon of water a day. You eat 6 small meals a day. You do cardio for at least 1 hour everyday. You should get the 5 pounds off very easily. Probably more.

eat 1200 calories and exersie 1 hr a day or cardio and 15 mins of strength exersies simple

At that height and weight it sounds like you are probably thin. That's why you can't lose any more.
