I also have diabetes. My dietician told me i could not drink, but i do every now and then. just make sure you check your sugar before you start drinking to make sure it is not to high. don't drink in excess. diet tonic is a good substitute, and it is not bad.

i think that if you drink smart you can have one or two, only no more. be smart use diet tonic and hold your nose

i drink gin with fresca it has no sugar that's what you have to look out for is the sugar

what do you thinks to alcohol after you drink it? theres a reason your Dr. told you to stay away from alcohol.
