No, this is no longer healthful. verify AT maximum 3 kilos a week as a healthful volume for a couple of minutes in straight forward words, no more desirable than 3-4 weeks. And to get that a lot you would possibly want to eat no more desirable than 500 KCal an afternoon, besides as workout vigorously for no less than an hour an afternoon on excellent of what you already do. After that, no more desirable than a million-2 kilos a week. At your height, 133 kilos is heavily underweight. The 150 5 is a options extra like what your end result might want to be, yet plan to take 0.5 a three hundred and sixty 5 days to get there, no longer 2 months.

In two months, you can safely lose about 16 lbs. Safe weight loss is about 2 lbs per week. I recommend you start eating several small meals each day instead of two or three large ones. Eat vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Avoid fried foods and sweet (non-fruit) foods and drinks. Drink as much water as you can comfortably drink, and start an exercise program. Maybe you should start by walking for about an hour each day (more along the lines of 1/2 hour in the beginning), and then work your way up to aerobics or something like it. If you stick with this, you will make progress. Also, you should begin measuring your waist and thighs instead of relying on your weight, as that can be a deceiving number when you start exercising. Good luck!

Roughly 16 pounds for a 2-month period of serious, self disciplined and safe dieting. And the best diet is one like Weight Watchers (or similar) where you are eating well balanced meals throughout the day, over a period of weeks, and being patient enough to get to the finish line. The risky diets are fad diets that can do more harm to you than the weight you're trying to lose. Most professional articles and publications I've read give as a general rule, 2 pounds per week.

While you can theoretically lose a lot of weight in that time the healthiest amount to lose is about 2-3 pounds at most per week. Changing to a diet that is low fat (not no fat, that is really bad for you) and low in simple sugars can help while adding a cardiovasicular excerise routine thats gentle, something like tai qi, yoga, pilates, etc. Also using essential oils such as peppermint, ylang ylang, jasmine, or vanilla help to increase your metabolism. Peppermint espeacially is useful when you excercise because it allows you to take in more oxygen that way you can excercise more effciently and longer. Any citrus essential oil will be good for you too as it elevates your mood slightly causing less of the hormones that tell your body to store fat to be produced. Also a juice that has wolfberry in it will raise oyur energy levels and metabolism. These things can be bought or at least find more information at the website https://www.youngliving.org/Gramora . If you need more info e-mail me at K_Bianconi@yahoo.com Hope this helps you out.

You will lose the most amount of weight in the first week, anywhere from 8-12 pounds, after that if you stick to your diet you can get anywhere from 20-40 pounds lighter...remember that the healthy rate is 2-3 pounds per week. I was on Weight Watchers and lost 21 pounds in the first 4 weeks, i was at 32 pounds lost in about 10 weeks and I was down 60 pounds in about 5 months...so It definately can be done...just be careful not to lose so much that you but your health at risk. I am on the Weight Watchers program again, and have lost about 5 pounds in the last week.
Check with your doctor to discuss different dieting options, and check in with them monthly to make sure that you aren't losing weight too fast.
Good Luck!

I'm doing Turbo Jam. It works a lot. You check it out. Also a good low carb diet. Drink plenty of water. I bet most if it is water weight. And if you don't use Turbo Jam try and exercise at the gym or running/walking 30-40 minutes each day and you will do fine.*--Good Luck

Maybe you should also try making a list of everything you eat in a day. I have a done it and it is very surprising to see how much you actually eat. Even switching the snacks that you have between meals to something low-calorie can help.
Good Luck!

i think you could be able to loos 20 - 30 pounds.
A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore
ALSO....
i found this artical called "50 Habits of "Naturally Thin" People
How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end. Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.
Slash 250 cal.s a day to lose about 25 lbs. in a year, Slash 500 cal.s to loose 50 pounds.
This is based on a 150-pound person: you may need to cut more/ fewer calories depending on ur weight, age & gender. It also assumes your normal calorie intake essentially stays the same and your weight is stable.

Have you been to a doctor to check for any hormonal imbalances such as PCOS or glandular problems? You might want to do that before you try some kind of hard core diet that might adversely effect your health.
