I have charge it and nothing happened. And I don;t want to loose all my songs..

toggle the hold button to off-on-off then press and hold menu and select at the same time until you see an apple logo

If it's older, then your battery is probably really dead. If you take it into an Apple Store, they can tell you what you need to do to put a new battery in it.

Hold down the center button and the top of the click wheel it should reset. You won't lose anything.

plug it in to your computer or your charger.....maybe the battery died! if that doesn't work try calling the ipod help line, they're awesome!

send it to apple...maybe they can fix it
