As far as I know it only says take no other gods before Yahweh.
Atheists take no gods at all.
Aren't all atheists just one step ahead of the game?

The Bible says serve the Lord you God only...and athieists don't believe in God. How can you go to heaven if you haven't excepted God. If you don't believe, you can't recieve anything God has promised.

Atheists also don't take Jesus, and that is where the problem is.
The Bible also says:
"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6) (These are Jesus' exact words)
"He who believes in the Son has everlasting life and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him." (John 3:36)

Unbelief was made a law by Jesus. Good thing, because He fulfilled all the law and took the punishment for the sin of unbelief and all the other crazy 613 laws.
Jesus freed us from everything. You are free to not believe. If you believe in Jesus. If he doesn't exist then ................ well, either way you have nothing to worry about.

yes every time u do not accept Christ, say there is no god, worship false idols(which can be anything,clothes,boys,girls,shopping,your car, t.v. anything you put before God) etc. it is blasphemy... which in the end if you do not accept Christ which is blasphemy you will go to HELL...

It says the one saying "There is no God" is senseless and stupid, so yeah pretty much being an Atheist is putting you in a pretty bad position.
