Because the separation of the Judicial & Executive Branches is a Constitutional Issue. This is the first Supreme Court ruling to defy the order of the Executive Branch & therefore the Constitution. No Supreme Court has ever made such a totally political ruling. I hate they did not at least hold off till after the 4th of July. Our Forefathers are rolling over in their graves for such an arrogant ruling.

Right now it's a lot more important than Georgie thought it would be. He's been so carried away with his power trip that his own packed Supreme Court just smacked him down .
It's pretty important to more people than Bush. He has violated US and International Law. He ignored the Geneva Convention. Nixon was a petty crook, this one is a criminal!

It is nessasary to have it off of our mainland for isolation reasons. It is a perfect location for what it was built for. I don't want them here. Hope they expand it and fill it up fast.
