Have had the symptoms for over two years....Symptoms last for 2-4 days each time, and happen once every week or two weeks

Go to a Doctor and ask to be tested for everything. Run blood work especially. Sounds like your white "T" cells are low.

This could be one of two things I believe. Either a Sinus infection which will cause all of the above or tonsillitis. I have both. When I get a Sinus infection I get all of the above symptoms. Tonsillitis is just described as the inflammation and redness of the tonsils. There is nothing for that. For the Sinus infections you need antibiotics. Since this problem has been going on for 2 years I think you have Tonsillitis and need to have your tonsils removed. You should probably see a Doctor and tell him/her all of your symptoms. Better to take care of this now.

you've the Flu! Drink a lot of water, take a discomfort reliever, and get a lot of relax. counting on your immune equipment, anticipate lots of those indications for 3 days as a lot as ten days. A fever is an indication of an infection. i imagine your health practitioner would nicely be incorrect about the chilly.

you should see a specialist. probably someone who is a internal medicine doctor. Maybe you have allergies.
