I've tried the panda stew recipe from a chinese website but it didn't work out well.. the taste was so bland i couldnt help thinking about the cat soup i tried last week.. can anyone recommend a good exotic animal recipe site? i prefer pandas and koalas but if there's anything else, i don't mind.. by the way, does anyone know how long does it take to marinade koala liver with gravy sauce? thanx a lot

Isn't Panda a protected extinct animal? Eating an extinct animal is illegal, isn't it?

just do the same thing that would would when you make beef stew but use panda instead.
I wouldn't marinade the koala id just fry it up with flour and onions

Stay with calf brains.

They are a regular staple in the USA.

Move to China if you're not happy with the foods available in the USA.
