You will need a plugin to make the cords fit the single plugin if the cords use the red and black single wires... Just do some bad wiring, cut a head set or something like that to get the plug and mess with the wires 'til you get right and left sound channels working correctly. Good luck and I hope I helped!!!

Yes, you can. However, you have to have the right connections on your computer tower. Check first. If not I believe you have to add a chip that has the connections you need, such as a DVH card(an example only). These types of chips are design to adapt to your computer so that you can hook up speaker cables to your computer.
And since your tight for money, your better off just getting new speakers. However, the speakers from your 5-disc stereo will sound alot nicer and with more amplification on your computer. Wait a while if you can an invest on the card. They run for about $100 US dollars. You might try going to a web site that specializes in these type of products. Good luck!

If you have a sound card installed or it is a part of the motherboard ( there will be sound jacks in the back ) on the computer, then you can hook the line out jack on the computer to your stereo line in jack. The colors may vary so do not depend on color coding. It is best to look at the documentation or look for writing or symbols near the jacks on both devices. There will be mini jacks on the computer and possibly a mini jack on the stereo or it may need a larger adapter. Make sure you get stereo plugs and not mono plugs. As far as hooking the speakers directly to the computer, I have not seen any cards or configurations that let you do this.

Yes, you can. All you need is the right connectors or adapters so your stereo speakers can connect to your computer.
There is one more thing, computer speakers are magnetically shielded to be around computers and not corrupt the data. Regular stereo speakers are not magnetically shielded. You just need to make sure your cables are long enough so keep the speakers at a safe distance from your computer. Actually, 4 feet should be enough, just don't put them right beside your computer.

If your stereo has mulitple input capabilities on it you can run the sound from your computer to it buy purchasing an audio cable that has a small headphone plug on one end and red/white stereo connection on the other (walmart has them). Use the headphone jack on your computer and an open input on your stereo.

probably you can, just take a look at your stereo if could find an input that is free preferably AUX but any will do just as long as it's free nothing connected to it. see what kind of jack it takes and go buy one that has that type of jack on one end and the headphone jack of your pc on the other. you will then connect the jacks to your stereo and pc then select the input that you chose to put your jack in your stereo. enjoy...

If your radio has audio outputs A red one and a white one then you can get an audio cable and connect it to the audio outputs on your comp, you should have to connecters on each (your radio and your computer) then you just need to buy the cables that will connect them and turn your radio to AUX output and it will play whatevere sound is coming out of your computer.

you need to buy a rca cable to do it. one end of the cable looks like a headphone plug and the other connects to either your sound card or your speaker port on your computer. look at what your sound card takes (plug wise) and find something to match it. you could need something as simple as a cable with two headphone pulgs on it. Go to Radioshack and they should be able to tell you which one you need. it can be done though.

Prakash's unique image confirmed a lady RCA end, yet I confident him to modify it.
