There are actually 3 female smurfs:
Smurfette, Sassette & Nanny.
But yeh, they must've been at it like rabbits.

Cloning and in vitro fertilization, the smurfs are widely known as the most scientifically advanced of all cartoon characters. Except of course for the Jetsons, but they had the advantage of being from the future.

if you have ever actually watched the smurfs you would know that they are asexual...smurffet was actually sent by uh gorgamelt (yea i know i spelt that wrong) to the smurf village so that he could capture them but she was taken over by the goodness of the smurfs and became good intead of evil....so all the smurfs where already there when she came along
