Grapes are one of the healthiest foods an individual can eat; however, I understand that they are also high on the list of foods that are toxic, as the result of sprays or chemicals used to protect them from insects, etc. What's the best way to clean them in order to remove these unhealthy items? Simple washing under the faucet? Soaking in water, then washing? If soaking, for how long? All help appreciated.

You can use 1/4 cup white vinegar and then rinse them in cold water. BTW they aren't the healthiest, they are very high in natural sugar compared to most fruits.

Hydro-Peroxide bath, followed by a simple soaking in a isotonic
solution for a minimum 60 minutes. When the foaming stops,
the grapes will be cleansed of all impurities. Bon Appetit!
