You can make a creamy shake or a plain shake. Its easy just buy 4-5 ripe mangos. Peel and slice. There is a seed in the center. Slice around the seed. Careful mangos are very slippery. Don't cut yourself.

For creamy,
Blend with your cut up mangos in the blender:
2 cups frozen yogurt or 2 cups vanilla icecream
1/4 cup honey
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1/4-1 cup apple juice depending on how liquidy you like you shake

For a fruitier version just omit the ice cream/yogurt and add 1 small can of frozen apple concentrate.

we make smoothies at the bar where i work and it's real easy to change out the fruit/items, for each serving you will need 8-10 ounces of ice, 4 ounces of yougurt or ice cream and 1/2 a mango. Put all in the blender and mix.. you can take out the mango and add other fruit like strawberries, bananana, peaches or mix and match. I think the peach mango would be awesome. good luck
