Right now satan already has your soul. There are two categories of people, Children of God, and Children of Wrath.
Have you ever lied, stolen, used God's name in vain. These are a few of the Ten Commandments. It's appointed unto man once to die, then judgment. When you die God will judge you by His Ten Commandments. You will be guilty, and if you are guilty, you will be sent to Hell. Jesus came to die on a cross and rise again to pay the debt for your sins, If you Repent, which means to ask forgiveness and turn from your sins, and put your Trust in Jesus Christ, you will be accepted into Heaven. This is the only way.

Satan doesn't exist. The concept of an Evil deity was created by the ancient Persians to basically scare people into following a particular religion, and a way to condemn others who don't. The Christians, whose Bibles are a Hodge-Podge of Mythologies from the past took that concept and said that it was their own, like almost everything else. The Bible wasn't written by God, it was written and rewritten over and over by men who were trying to control a basically uneducated mass, and to keep them afraid and ignorant of what was really going on, that the Priesthood was lying to them and taking their food and goods for their own personal gain.
