I need help writing a one page essay on how to relax and relieve stress in these times. Thanks for your help!

In one minute? Try isometric exercises or envisioning yourself somewhere other than where you are. Use Wikipedia for good explanations of isometric exercise.

15 minutes: More of the exercise, a brisk walk is good for working out problems. It also increases the flow of serotonin to your brain. Quiet meditation is good as well, though it can also be used in the one minute area.

A day? Hobby work is good, a long drive is good, finding something that you enjoy and making a day of it is awesome. Nothing that is part of the normal daily stressors should be allowed. I hope this helps you get a general outline to work with.
