Have you ever lied, stolen, used God's name in vain. These are a few of the Ten Commandments. It's appointed unto man once to die, then judgment. When you die God will judge you by His Ten Commandments. You will be guilty, and if you are guilty, you will be sent to Hell. Jesus came to die on a cross and rise again to pay the debt for your sins, If you Repent, which means to ask forgiveness and turn from your sins, and put your Trust in Jesus Christ, you will be accepted into Heaven. This is the only way.

Thats not the correct quote. Jesus replied, " 'Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony, 19honor your father and mother,' and 'love your neighbor as yourself.'" Matthew 19:19 but Paul has the exact quote in Romans 13:9 The commandments, "Do not commit adultery," "Do not murder," "Do not steal," "Do not covet," and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule: "Love your neighbor as yourself." this is the New International Version of the Bible but the King James version says thyself.

Looks like you'll have to take that back..

Matt 22:37-40 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

It actually comes from Hillel the Elder who taught between 31 BCE and 10 BCE and who is quoted in the Talmud (shabbat 31a) as saying "That which is hateful to you, do not do to your neighbor." Hillel got it from the text of the torah from Lev 19:18.

Yeah. Lots of people have said it. Many said it before Jesus said it. I'm not sure if anything original came out of that man's mouth.
