Leave them be to fight it out. Worse is if they are getting bad at times scream NO, STOP, etc just to break it up but don't actually grab either one.
They are just testing each other to see who is the alpha cat, the higher ranking animal of the house.
If it continues for more than 2 weeks then you can do something even if it might seem odd.
Animals go on the basis of alpha controls, etc. Any two or more animals will fight for this role, in our homes or in nature. Play is a big part of this.
In the past I have had cats that didn't get along and couldn't solve their issue so I reminded them that I was the alpha over them cause I feed and house them. Actually get in their faces when they are fighting and hissing and hiss louder then them.
You will see them stop and stare in amazement. Few times of this and they should stop when both realize neither of them is the alpha but you are.
Might sound strange but you gotta think like an animal to train an animal.

It's strange that they don't get along since they are from the same litter. But it could well be just that they are trying to establish a pecking order.
If they don't settle down in a couple of weeks, you may have to consider giving one away: Some kitties prefer to be only cats, and while it's unlikely, you may have picked a pair of those.

This sounds sick, but a vet told me about it when I had two cats that wouldn't get along.
Get a can of tuna with the oil. Smear both cats with oil from said tuna can and lock them both in the shower.
Other than that, just give them time. It may take a couple of weeks for them to determine who is dominant.

Leave them alone. They are just establishing rank right now. They will calm down in a while. Plus they are in a new home that they are not used to. Give them time. It will work out.

It's only been 2 days. . .they'll get over it. . .they are territorial and they are trying to work out the pecking order. . .
Just be patient and you will find them playing together in no time.

They have to get used to each other gradually, If in time it doesn't work or they fight alot, get rid of one, but you can't expect them to get along so soon.

Give them time, they'll get over it. They are just trying to decide who gets to be the boss.
