You are kidding! You are in the DMV database, and they have a record of everything that has happened to you. Just go there and apply for a license. Give them your new information and stop thinking like a criminal. You screwed up and have paid for it. Start clean and stay out of trouble. Good Luck!

Theoretically you can but you can't use your own ID they will find
out straight away, just get a new licence wait five years, don't do
anymore stupid things. Then send your licence away pay £5 and
it will come back clean.Don't be tempted to lie you will get caught
and regret it,say if you are in a future crash this would VOID your
insurance don't do it.

the convictions are against you, not your provisional license, so the record of the convictions would still stand (unless you were trying to falsify the name under which you are applying for your new license, which is a bad idea and quite illegal)

phone up DVLA and say you lost your licence and they will take your details and send you a replacement one, or there may be a form to fill in from the post office.
You may have to pay a fee for this.

I am not sure, but I think they go with you for a while automatically.
They will catch up with you if you don't tell them, so bite the bullett and be honest, it's better all round in the end.

they will be able to provide you with a lost license, they have forms to fill out if you lost the original, lots of people either loose theirs or have them stolen.
