Yes. If you truly repented the first time, God forgave you for all sins past present and future. He knew your future sins before you did but grace means forgiving when it 's undeserved. Gods grace covers it all. You should still repent again if you sin again and keep asking for God to help you not to sin again.

God only needs to forgive you when you have sinned. Why would you ask him to forgive for anything else? Unless you don't actually understand what sin actually is.
It is sin that separates you and me from the almighty creator. Did you know that there is no one on the planet who is without sin? Romans 3:23. Did you know that the punishment for those that sin is death (hell)? Romans 6:23. Did you know that You can't get rid of sin on your own?
You can ask for forgiveness but whats the point, it'll not work because you are doing for yourselves. Man has tried that for thousands of years and failed miserably.
But their is a solution to the problem of sin. The question is, Do you want to know the answer? If so contact me, and I'll point you in the right direction.

You are completely forgiven when you repent of your sins. Until that time, your sins are atoned for by the blood of Christ shed on the cross. Sin does not have degrees either. In the eyes of God, all sin is equal. It is all missing the mark so to speak. It is all stepping outside the sovereign will of God. God forgives all who ask and turn from their sins. The unfortuate thing is, and Luther figured this out very quickly, that we cannot under any circumstances really confess and repent of every sin that we ever committ both mental and physical. It is simply not possible because we are human and continually screw up. Thus we need the atoning blood of Christ to cleanse us of all sin, confessed and not confessed.
To answer your question, God will forgive any sin at any time as long as you are willing to turn away (repent) of your sin. Even the saved people of God sin because we are all human. The great thing is that God sees us through the blood of Christ and we are thus atoned of that sin. That does not give us a permit to go and sin as much as we want. We are called to serve God to the best of our ability, and sinning is never serving God.
