Only one of the two people being married have to be a baptized Catholic.

There is no minimum time required between baptism and marriage.

With love in Christ.

You don't need to be baptized to be married in a Catholic Church--just one of the people gettting married needs to be Catholic

You don't have to be baptized at all as long as your spouse is Catholic already. You have have a wedding ceremony instead of a wedding mass, but my aunt had the full blown mass and she wasn't Catholic. It was really boring (and I was holding a 4 month old baby the whole time). Opt for the ceremony if they let you!

If you were a baby when you were baptized you would need to reach age 17 or so. If you were an adult then you would probably be OK

Are you converting? If you are, depending on the diocese, it could be a few months to almost two years

I don't know, but you should never "convert" to a religion just to get married. You will regret this decision.
