Yes, Its a great age to really understand.Find a good Church,You will talk with the pastor, & he will advise you to Repent of your sins. On the day in which you get baptised, he will say, Do you, [your name] accept Jesus Christ in to your heart as your Lord and Savior, [if so, you will say yes] Then he will say, I now baptise you as my brother in christ. He will submerge you in the water. A lot of the time, depending on the church in which you have gotten baptised in, you will recieve a bible. I hope you will get baptised!

You can get baptised at any age you feel you want to. However, it is not necessary to baptize babies because they have not sinned; they are perfect. If you are willing to repent of your sins, and make the necessary changes in your life that will bring you closer to your Heavenly Father, then you are ready to be baptised - no matter what your age is.

It depends on your church....
In ours... you can be baptised when you are old enough to understand the meaning of salvation. If you are not old enough to believe, you can't be baptised. That means you could understand at 5 - 7 years old... so no problem at 17....! Unless you don't understand what it means to be 'born again'. Baptism does not save you. Faith in Christ does. When you choose to have faith in Christ, you can be baptised.

Yes and it all depends on your religion If you Catholic it much harder that's why they do it as baby while you are sin free. You have to go to bible study and catechism and take Communion and if you are Christin you just have to be saved and then you make time with your Pastor to have a service where they pray over you. If you a girl don't wear white it shows through the robe when all is said and done if you know what I mean. Best of luck to you and God Bless

Yes, you can be baptized at any age. My friend was 22. Go to your church and talk to your pastor. You will most likely have to take some classes but it is an easy process.

At age 17 you are under the total control of your parents or guardian. If this isn't against their will you can be baptized at any age if you know you are a sinner, and have made a profession of Faith in Christ, and wish to obey Him in this holy ordinance.

Well, sure. The the church and ask them. Depending on the denomination, you might have to go to a few classes since you are 17. I'm not sure.

Yes, if your have asked Jesus to be your personal savior, you can be baptized in most all Christians at 17. My son was baptized at 5 and he knew what he was doing. If you are talking about Catholics, I cant help you.
