The responses to this question are hilarious! "It works because you think it does" What do you think hypnosis is? It's simply the power of your mind. Some people need a little guidance with properly wording the suggestions that are given to the inner mind and some people are able to do it on their own. The only way to make a REAL change is to change your subconscious thinking. That is what happens in Hypnosis. It's not magic. There's really no mystery to it. It IS mind over matter. That is what hypnosis is all about. I am a certified hypnotherapist. I have been working in the field for 7 years now, but it's really no different then meditating on your goal or visualizing your goal. It's all basically the same thing, with a few small differences. You're getting hypnotized all the time, like it or not. With formal hypnosis, at least you get to choose which suggestions you want to keep and which ones you don't.

I think is because you're expecting you're excited to note the effects and it doesn't let it work good. You may stop being anxious. Theoretically hypnosis could work if your feeding disorder come from your anxiety or because you're thinking on food all the time, kind of light obsession.
Don't be anxious, try to relax and you'll see the effects.

I think it is all in your mind!! You went and got Hypnosis done, so now your mind thinks it is cured!! So, it would be cheaper to just think that your cured then actually paying these crooks!!!

I tried it. I really think it is, like most things, mind over matter.
