It depends on how old the puppy is and what's wrong with him.
Call your vet. Problems with puppies and other baby animals can progress rapidly from a single symptom to a serious, life-threatening situation. They can die in a matter of hours from the dehydration caused by diarrhea. Get him checked out.

Not quite sure, if your b*tch allows it, then attempt it, unless you're doing it to be perverse. HOWEVER, if your question is, should I give my dog milk? Then the answer is no, dogs are lactose intolerant. Oh and a reason why you shouldn't drink dog's milk, b*tches carry worms and when her pups drink they are transfered into their bodies, that's why you need to de-worm them.
