It's been a long time so maybe a romantic dinner at the place you had your first date or something. Get her a nice outfit to wear there.
To those folks saying he should get her an engagement ring..... maybe neither of them believe in marriage. They have been together unmarried for 7 years. That's a lot longer than a hell of a lot of married couples out there. Quit your whining.

A quiet and romantic dinner, beautiful flowers and maybe a nice bracelet. OR a nice weekend away in a hotel with room service as well as a beautiful dinner and flowers.

Everyone gets flowers or candy or jewelry. Get her the biggest stuffed animal you can find. It is not incredibly expensive like jewelry, and still it leaves a big impression.

awwwwww, that is so sweet that you even rem. or that you are even tryen. alot of guys dont put much thought in it. lets see here. i dont much about her, but maybe... does she love baths? get her a basket with relaxing bath bubbles stuff, candles, and good smellin stuff, and some flowers, and take her out to eat to her fav. resturant, maybe, hmmmmm.... you said "g/f for your 7ann."
hmmmmmm, maybe you should get down on your knees and propose, if you love her that is.... and befor she gives up on you. you will regret that you did nothing sooner.
