No, there are NO dinosaurs in heaven. Read the Bible, the right version, King James Version.

Hey, that's one for the theologists.
I can help a little, though, because I am absolutely certain there are no dinosaurs of the species beerosaurus. They'd starve. It's in the song, "In heaven, there is no beer ...."
(Come to think of it, though, that makes me think the place is hell instead ....)

the Bible makes no direct reference to dinosaurs at all, but still, no one's been to heaven and back to tell us what is or isn't there, so as radical as it may be perhaps it's a possibility. We'll only know when we get there
