Yes, but not the live ones ;-). Only if they are grilled, fried, sauteed or cooked in tandoor as in Butter Chicken or Tandoori Chicken... Then it tastes good.
Not sure how long we can enjoy chicken with bird flu looming large around the world...

Fried. Baked. BBQ. Fricasseed. Chickien Salad. Blackened. Sweet & Sour. Kung Pao. etc.
It is the perfect meat.
