I was convinced that he liked me but then he got back together with his ex-girlfriend. He's still flirting like crazy and sending really mixed signals. Should I confront him (since he is with this other girl)?

maybe you were just misinterpreting his signals. he could have liked you or maybe he just liked his ex more (or his ex might have broken up with him but then he still had feelings so maybe she wanted to get back together with him and he said yes)
but by all means, yes ask him, just don't ask in front of his girlfriend... that might make things awkward for him 9to have to answer that), for his gf (cuz she could get jealous), and for you (if he says that he didn't and you were just going crazy)
so just ask him privately
