I have a 2 year old male puggle. A cross between a pug and a beagle. He is the nicest dog I have ever owned. He is very cute and loyal. A pure joy to own.

Yes...I have a puggle who just turned one...she gets to come to work with me and she definitely is a favorite around the office! She is the sweetest thing with so much personality it's insane! Mine uses her paws like hands and rolls on her back and plays with her toy...when she's hungry she carries her heavy ceramic bowl to wherever I am (even when I'm the shower) to let me know that she wants to eat and when I ignore her she taps her paws on the bowl to get my attention...she cuddles when she's tired, sighs when she's bored, paws your arm for attention and wiggles her butt when she's excited...what a joy she has been! Wouldn't trade her for anything!

I have three pugs, and it blows my mind that people are paying hundreds of dollars for these puggles. They are mutts, mixed breed between a pug and a beagle. Yes they are cute, but most dogs are. They are not worth the money, they are not registerable and they can have just as many health problems as their pure bred parents. I would suggest you wait untill the novelty wears off and then go find one at the pound. Or, I'm sure that soon rescue sites for these puggles will be popping up because so many people will be getting rid of them.

I take care of puggles all the time at my kennel.. can't say I've grown to like them too much as I am not a fan of either pugs or beagles. They have the ugliness of a pug with the annoying bray of a beagle.

No offense to those of you who like pugs/beagles/puggles

I don't. I heard they were very cute though. I haven't seen one either. Guess they aren't very popular around here yet. Why? Do you have one?

No, but I want one. They are so cute....the local pet store by my house cannot keep them in stock....I'm trying to find a local breeder in my area.
