He was put up for adoption that same year.(1946) He was born to my mother Lola Jeraline DeClue(Brawley) while my father was in Germany during WW11. My brother and sister and I had no idea until our father told us about it shortly before his death this year. Our mother passed away in 1997.My sister and I are really wanting to find him! Our dad said he thought he was adopted to a minister and his wife from Illinois. Does anyone know where I can begin? I can't afford to hire anyone to help!

If you think you will find him and happiness at the same time, you are mistaken. Maybe your father was a practical joker and was just paying you back for all the rotten things you did to him.

i would star online adoption agencys in the year 1946.a minister and his wife in the year 1946 from illinois.and if u can find what adoption agency he stayed at befor being adopted.i wish u the best of luck.

If you don't have any luck finding him, I'd try writing to any talk show and tell them your story. Hey, you never know other people do it. Maybe like Oprah, Ellen, Dr. Phil, etc...........GOOD LUCK!!!!
