Depends on my mood and the time of day. Right now I'd say tea as it's getting a bit late in the evening for coffee.

Tea with crumpets, green tea with honey, or oolong tea straight up. Just serve tea (not the bagged ones), please. I 'm a connoisseur of fine tea. When it comes down to it, it's all a matter of preference. But, generally tea has less caffeine and is healthier than coffee. And, according to WebMD, a trusted online source for health and medical news, tea helps fight germs. This benefit is found only in tea and not coffee (Just another thing for tea lovers like me to rant about).

Well it depends, on the time of day, and how I feel, but if you mean either get rid of coffee or tea completely. I think I would need coffee much more than I would need tea.
