Hey, it may be a good thing if there is another country out there that would support us once the USA is a third world nation due to the massive amount of people allowed or not allowed to migrate. After all we've supported everyone else for a very long time while our own citizens suffer from hunger and neglect so I suppose turn around would be fair. I'd like to sit on my a_s and have the 'good' working people of some far off land give me shelter, food and free medical care.

Legal immigration is a GOOD thing. What is wrong with you?
We do need more educated, productive citizens. Do realize that we have alot of foreign students, whom we educate then send back to thier own country to work? In a few years the majority of technical graduates will be from India and China-- not the US.
There are many areas of the economy where there IS a shortage of labor. Where are those people going to come from? You can't just take a 7-eleven or McDonalds worker and make them a nurse or engineer.
Besides, if you change the numbers who can come LEGALLY, then we'll have more legal immigrants who pay taxes etc. And people could complain less about illegal aliens.
This country was built by immigrants-- all the way back to the Mayflower.

I dont like it..there are already too many people and too many immigrants, no need to let more people over, we have every race, every culture already. Something that cracked me up was those ILLEGAL immigrants tryin to demand rights...they dont understand that if they were LEGAL immigrants they could have rights...you cant just barge in a country and demand to be treated right....then they said we are all immigrants...true some of our ancestors are, but if ur born here youre not...especailly not the black people and some of the mexicans who were unwillingly brought over THEN had to fight to be treated right...thos immigrants are fucckin nutty

Qui bono?
They must benefit.
1) They represent employers who want cheap labor and don't pay the price of degraded health care and education;
2) They want to come/stay here and be subsidized, or want that for their families;
3) They are thinking of a voting block and not examining the economic effect of mass immigration.

They have an agenda and depending on who they are is what their agenda is.
But, remember what goes around comes around and at the end of the day there is going to be some major regrets. That you can take to the bank!

Yeah I would say those who support illegal immigration have lost it. Not only are they supporting the breaking of the law, but these illegals that come here and a serious threat to NATIONAL SECURITY. They need to be kicked out and kept out.

They just want to pay them lower wages and get the work done cheaper. If all of our lazy people here would get a job and get off
welfare we would not have any jobs to offer.
