Diva is a Italian word for goddess. The definition of Diva is a rampaging female ego redeemped only in part by a lovely voice. Divas is now describle as any female celebrity. A real Diva stands out from the crowd and is in a class by herself. My question to you ladies do you feel that you're Diva? If yes why?

well i agree with you totally about the now days definition of a diva. because when you really think about it...the diva's that we all know of that can sing are like aretha, gladice, mariyah, chaka, celine and very few after that....these girls today cant really sing and they dont stand out of the crowd...
as for your question...i do believe that i am a diva but no where near those godesses i just listed... not to be concieded but i have a beautiful voice...and i think i do stand out in a crowd... diva does mean godess and i think i am one.

Yes i always feel like a diva i've even been called a diva.To me a diva is a lady that can be snobby but still nice and elegant.And a diva can be lady who loves to flant what she has.So me being Italian i guess u could call me a Italian Goddess then.

No, bc although that is a beautiful defintion, the word Diva carries a bad meaning in today's society. Look at the headlines the word Diva in never used in as a postive adjective in descrbing a woman.
So no, I am not a diva, but I am still a very classy lady.

Yes I do find myself as a Diva. I know I'm hot, I stand out I am uni ck, I am one of a kind, To look at me you would notice me I do have an ego. When I walk into a place everyone knows me (hi!) Yes Yes basilchef I am diva.

I am a goddess! I love to be pampered and spoiled and get my way. If mama isn't happy, ain't no one happy! I feel I am a true Diva--I have a purple Dooney and Burke purse that matches my Luchesse purple ostrich cowgirl boots. What do you think??

naw i blend into whatever i am doing so no i guess not i would like to be though, to be able to be spotted a million miles away stuck in a crowd, have someone recognize my potential as a female someone who will listen so that i dont ever have to rampage anything.
