i want to put on each front fender the words mini hemi to match the other dodge vehicels that have the hemi logo.

To have the emblems match stock factory emblems you would be needed to find a custom emblem maker.
I would guess around $500 for a set for the car for what you want.
Normally hand molded out of plastic resin epoxy.

My suggestion is that you buy two Hemi emblems and two mini emblems from BMW and use them together. Hunting for good quality metal stick on letters could be challenging to say the least.
