Tell her you are not interested in that kind of relationship.
It is up to you if you want to remain friends.
I have lesbian friends, I am not one and we respect each for who we are , not what we do.
If you have to post this question, I am guessing you are not her friend at all.

it wouldn't bother me if my bestfriend was a lexbian and had a crush on me. it would be like when on of my friends that are guys have crushes on me. just with a girl. it's no big deal

I'd be flattered. It actually happened in high school. We had our 1st same-sex encounter together. I still prefer guys, and I think she's desided on being bi, and we are still best friends. ;)
