If they are here illegally then they should not stay. They broke the law.

I think we should give them a way to stay. I understand we can't have people here in our country illegally. But this has been an ongoing problem, and I'm very suspicious as to why, at this time, our government is targeting illegal immigrants. So many of them have been here for a long time. Alot of them are married and their children have been born here. I don't understand the hatred and rage I see people in this country directly towards illegal immigrants. Let's help them get legal. They seem to be a hardworking group of people, so we should at least give them a chance.

According to the laws, there is nothing that can be done for someone who is illegal. When we stop obeying our laws then where will we be? Should some laws be ignored?, that is a better question. If we uphold some then we should uphold all. Every country have living conditions that are unbearable, however there are rules and regulations to get out of them. If one should stay illegally, then we should let everyone come in. There is no need for laws. I don't think much will become of this, this appears to me to be a way for our president to get the attention taken off of him and the Iraq war, and all the soldiers that are still dieing and it worked.

Doesn't President Bush, a/k/a The Idiot, always proclaim that the U.S. is a country that is governed by "the rule of law?"

But, his own government allows ILLEGAL immigrants to remain in the U.S. illiegally. Just another example of his unyielding hypocracy.

Illegal is illegal and it doesn't matter if the illegals are Mexican, Irish, Russian, Chineese, or Muslim...Period!!

Nope they should go. They are breaking the law by being in this country. And because they illegally broke into this country (and use false ID among many other illegal things) they are a threat to national security. As such they should be taken into custody and deported.

Get them to pay taxes? i'm now no longer certain in case you comprehend precisely how plenty poor hispanic taxes make up of our total tax income, notwithstanding its extremely in the negative numbers. by pseudo-affirmative action (calling it affirmative action may get the inhabitants indignant over that difficulty, notwithstanding it does no longer distinction the incontrovertible reality that it extremely usually is), poor hispanic immigrants that were absolved of all illegality in the 1986 Immigration Reform and administration Act are extremely now no longer supplementing the federal authorities's money, notwithstanding taking away from it. in straight forward words by the most obtrusive 50% of taxpayers extremely supplement the federal authorities, and really desirable the utmost 80% furnish a wide element that would make a replace when it comes to funding structures. Secondly, tensions between Mexico and the U. S. do not look excellent in any recognize, properly i'd say that the U. S. is putting more desirable pressure on Mexico than vice versa, by using excellent volume of instability and corruption from excellent profile capital industries such because the drug cartels. To counter your very last aspect, the U. S. has been operating on "the monetary climate" for a lengthy time period. Are you wide-spread with exertions economics? a vast inflow of persons would not help to % up the leap-back our monetary climate demands, it may prevent it immensely. In end, what we may like is to reform out the front attitude, advance the budget on border administration utilizing the funding from ill-known structures such because the drug conflict, and end perpetuating the idea that persons can vacation the regulation and wreck out with it purely by using actual incontrovertible reality that of options demanding it became once to do it! heavily anytime I see structures like wilderness angels, or some aspect their referred to as, it sickens me by using actual incontrovertible reality that they are extremely encouraging persons to make the negative trek to the U. S. by helping unlawful immigration in the first situation.

Absolutely not

Buy coming here illegally they have proven to not respect the laws of this nation. They should be deported and if caught back in this country, given hard labor and then deported.

I don't think its a matter of "let" them stay. From a realistic standpoint, most of them will stay since...

a) there is no political will to round them all up
b) the numbers are simply too big to find them all and deport them (11mm people or so)

That said, they should go and if/when we find illegals, we send them packing. After all, we DO need to enforce our laws.

No. They should be deported. I am for immigration. People are waiting in line to come here. Why should people that break the law get to stay when people that are doing it legally have to wait?
