- Cheese sandwich and instead of butter use cream cheese.
- Chicken nuggets the ones shaped. I have dinosaurs. This with rice and you can put a "happy face" on it with ketchup.
- Pasta of all kinds
- Meat balls
Do not worry too much about lunch at school, as long as he is having a healthy breakfast at home (like cereal with milk, yogur, cheese sticks, etc) and a good dinner at night at home.
The plan at night, at home, is to prepare 2 meals only for the entire family and put the food in the middle of the table, so everybody can choose. By letting him choose he will feel like he is in control of the situation. Do not fuss over he has to eat, do not force him to eat. If he does not want to eat, ask him to try the meal, by eating only one tablespoon.
If he does not eat, that is fine, do it every night with 2 meals, and letting everybody to choose and eventually he will stick to the food.
Do not worry, even if you think he is not eating enough or healthy, he is getting what he needs. I bet that your son suddenly, one day he eats a lot. This is that he is completing the nutrients for the week.

For good snacks there's always apples with peanut butter, and celery with cream cheese or peanut butter (raisins are good on this too. then they're called ants on a log). Other good meal eyes are maybe some sort of a pasta. You can let her pick out a fun shaped noodle at the store, you can buy a health tomato sauce and top it with parmesan cheese-- which she'll hopefully enjoy. You could also try to buy a different variety of fruits. She might enjoy some because of all the color. A good snack could also be a fruit salad. You can use banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, and even grapes. I hope this helps!

You need to crack down now on your fussy eater. A fussy eater now will just get worse later on in life. If you give your kid stuff to eat he/she will eventually have to eat it if that is all they have to eat and are hungry. Give them normal sandwiches and healthy foods. Carrots, celery, apples, oranges, nothing unhealthy or sugary.

I suggest any foods with lots of color, use food coloring if you have to. Also use cookie cutters to make the meals fun. The usual Peanut Butter and Jelly, grilled cheese sandwich, also you can make any sandwich and use ritz crackers instead of bread, or make little "healthy" pizzas on bagels, your child might like it better if they can help make them too.
