Tofu Spaghetti, with some basil as a garnish, you can make a salad as well, but I'm as bad as you probably. I can't cook anything. Spaghetti's easy, make sure to shop at Whole Foods and get everything organic, so it shows that you care about her health. Lots of carbs in the spaghetti and protein in the tofu. Frying up the tofu is kinda difficult, they take a while to cook. Buy the extra firm variety, so it doesn't break that easy and cut it into large pieces maybe into 16 squares, then fry. Flip them over and cook the two fat side until golden. Take them out, wipe the pan clean, put in the spaghetti sauce (flavoring is up to you, but I like the basil flavored one). Then when hot, turn off, and boil up some pasta. I like to put in the pasta before I boil the water, so the pasta will soak up some of the water and cook faster. After that, turn on the pasta sauce, add in the tofu, and cook for 3-5 minutes until hot again, and serve. Shouldn't be too hard, add a couple of italian basil leaves for garnish.

YANKEE POT ROAST
Pot roast using the slow cooker/crock pot is the only way to go!
Start it when you wake up, so by the time you get home, its ready!

1 pkg onion soup mix, dry
1 cream mushroom soup, campbells
2 stalk celery, diced
1 onion chopped
2 whole carrots, peeled and cut
4 potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2
1 crushed garlic cloves
3 tbsp flour

In the crock pot, add cream mushroom soup, 2 cans of water, the lipton dry soup, flour and mix the ingredients well.

Add the roast and the garlic. Mix around til covered with soup mix. Add the onions and veggies. Add water to barely cover the veggies (remember the water level may go up during cooking!).

Cover and turn crock pot to medium/high.
Cook 6-8 hours and it will be so tender!

Maybe some baked chicken with vegetables. With baked chicken you season it with some of your favorite seasonings add water and the oven does the rest. With the vegetables you can boil some broccoli and then drain the water, melt some butter in the microwave and pour it over the broccoli, oh yeh and some white rice and that completes your meal. I think simple and easy! Good Luck

Pasta is dead simple, and there are a lot of easy sauces you can make too. Throw some prawns and fresh basil on top for easy colour and class.

A nice salad on the side, and a little piece of garlic toast, and you're done!

Shake-n-bake and mashed potatoes. Just buy some boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the store, a box of shake-n-bake, and a box of Betty Crocker mashed potatoes. Takes about 30 to 45 min to make and not a lot of effort.

Have fun!!

Depends what kind of food you want to make.

Taco soup is good

1lb hamburger
1 onion
2 packets taco seasoning
1 cup dried refried beans
1 large can stewed or crushed tomatoes
About 1 can water more or less depending on how u like it i used 1 when was there

brown burger and onion then ad other stuff

Break corn chips in the bottom of the bowl and fill with soup and add cheese and sour cream.

Grilled hamburgers with mash potatos and vegetable is easy too.
The different flavored instant potato packets are really good.

Have you watched "Thirty Minute Meals" by Rachael Ray on Food Network? She's got some great ideas. She even makes a "you wont be single for long" chicken. It's pretty good, and her recipes are pretty easy.

What does she usually eat when you dine out?
Chicken, beef, pork, fish or no meat; will give you an idea of what types of food she likes.
Knowing this, anything you cook will be liked and appreciated. Remember to set your table nicely with a table cloth, napkins, silverware, flowers, possibly candles.
The first meal my husband cooked for me when we were dating was a nice roast beef, mashed potatoes with peas and carrots. Plain and simple, but delicious!
