Jesus lied...
Here are the quotes from Jesus that proves that he lied:
1) And Jesus answered and said to them, "Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, `Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it will happen. "And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matthew 21:21-22 NAS)
2) Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8 NAB)
3) Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst. (Matthew 18:19-20 NAS)
4) Amen, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it shall be done for him. Therefore I tell you, all that you ask for in prayer, believe that you will receive it and it shall be yours. (Mark 11:24-25 NAB)
5) And I tell you, ask and you will receive; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. (Luke 11:9-13 NAB)
6) And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14 NAB)
7) If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you. (John 15:7 NAB)
8) It was not you who chose me, but I who chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit that will remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name he may give you. (John 15:16 NAB)
9) On that day you will not question me about anything. Amen, amen, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you. Until now you have not asked anything in my name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete. (John 16:23-24 NAB)
A lot of Christians ignore what Jesus actually says in the Bible. They also tend to add things to the actual words to make them say something else. If you honestly and truthfully read these quotes, without adding to them, it is very easy to see that Jesus is not saying that God will think about your prayers. He says God will grant all your prayers. Clearly, God doesn’t grant all prayers and this proves that Jesus was a habitual liar.

I cannot quote anything from the bible to provide you with what I am about to say. Just know that we all are entitled to our own beliefs and feelings and these are mine.
Free will does exist, you prove it everyday when you are given the choice to get out of bed and go to work, or take a sick day. Yes, you are motivated by money, but there are some who elect the sick day simply because it's more of a "personal health day". I do believe that God has laid out a map of what he would like to see you do, however, you always have a choice to go in another direction. It's those choices that get you to heaven or hell.

Yes, many church goers who CALL themselves Christians will ignore what Jesus says or add to his words and use them as a club to beat "non-believers" into submission... their fate is NOT in the Kingdom of God!
As to answered prayer, God gives us what he knows is best for us... per esempio (for example) what if you or I asked to win the lottery, or the death of a neighbor, and neither of these is in His plans for us or our neighbor. So He generally "grants" one of three answers: "Yes, my child", "Wait...", or "Absolutely NOT". Now while the 3rd may SEEM the toughest (we probably were praying selfishly and not for some one else), I've always found the 2nd one the hardest... I can't wait, Lord!!!
Yes, we have a free will. The Bible is overwelmingly focused on God's attempts to love man & man's walking away from God... to quote book, chapter and verse is useless, when the entire theme of the book implies our free will. From, "Let's make man in our image" (hmmm... do you suppose that means we're made to look like God, or that we're free will beings who can also create our own kind) to the fiery pit in Revelations it's always been about free will!! Any one can grab a Concordence and look up a word and make an arguement for or against any topic (it's called playing the "devil's advocate")... the real question that needs to be answered is... "Who is Jesus to you?" The way that you answer that question will determine whether you'll spend eternity in His Kingdom... or elsewhere!

Predestination, Divine election, etc has its delivery contained in the abominable doctrines of Luther and Calvin. even as analyzing the Bible you're able to under no circumstances examine it actually. There are issues contained in the Bible that are puzzling to understand, like what surpassed off contained in the lives of Isaac and Esau. God pronounced, He hated Esau yet loved Jacob. The eldest will serve the more youthful. This tells us that even as human beings position self assurance in God, there are those who position self assurance in each and every be conscious that proceeds from the mouth of God, even as there are those who do not. And the latter are those that God hates. right here's an social gathering: look at any basic conception statement of any church. you'll discover contained in the middle foundation teachings of those church homes issues that God somewhat hates. God does no longer say arbitrarily to those on His left, 'i do not settle for you, even as those on My proper, I settle for you.' If He did this then we would have a case, yet He does no longer do this. right here, God shows us that the Esau's of this international do no longer position self assurance in His church (Rebekka), and particularly is going out to the fields of this international serving its many idols. yet in Jacob's international, he listens to the advice the Church of God teaches (Rebekka), and receives a blessing, "If all people blesses you, i visit bless, and if all people curses you, i visit curse." also, the Jacobs of this international trust contained in the authentic gospel God initially gave to mankind, the only observed as the water and the Spirit (John 3:3-5). even as the Esau's of this international rejects this, and particularly listens to pretend prophets, pastors, evangelists, who've under no circumstances been perfect born back. The Esau's of this international, position self assurance in a 1/2 a gospel of in person-friendly words the blood on the flow, even as rejecting the different 1/2. those human beings all nonetheless have sin, and are trying to eliminate it with their perpetual repentance prayers. even as the Jacob's of this international have all their sins blotted out because they obey His real gospel.

1 Chronicles 28:9 says"...the Lord searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts..."
2 Tim 2:19 "...The Lord knows those who are His..."
God knows those who will become His children, and has known before the earth was even formed. He 'chose us' because He knew we would choose Him through the Son He sent to redeem us.
Predestination does not suggest that God laid out a path for each of us and set everything up so that our lives are a product of His whims. It means that our destinies were set by us according to what He knew of each of us and the choices we would make before He even formed the earth.
Look what He said to the prophet Jeremiah- "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations" Jer 1:5
You are in error.
To Cheese- The scriptures that you indicate are a lie, are really promises of God to those who accept the gift of salvation through Jesus. They are granted to the child of God to deepen his/her relationship with Jesus. You have to step into God's kingdom to get the promises. If you are saved and not walking in them, you need to figure out why.

We have free will. God doesn't predestine us to do anything, but he knows what we will do. Just as we, with our knowledge of the past, didn't cause all past events to happen, God, with his knowledge of the future, doesn't cause all future things to happen.

We have free will. See deut. 30: 15-20
"See, I have set before thee this day life and good (from keeping the commandments), and death and evi (from disobeying them)... therefore *choose* life..."
Choice represents free will.
