Go to the salon, anything you try at home could possibly damage your hair enough to cause it to break/ and or fall out.
You should not attempt to fix it on your own. You have to swallow the pride and get professional help.
2nd best if you are broke..Go to Sally's beauty supply. Tell them what happened they can sell you professional products like a color stripper, and a the right product to get you near your normal color. You will need some serious conditioning.

You cannot color over black. The best thing to do is find a salon that offers a permanent color removal service and then color over that. You will probably not end up a really light color because a color remover is extremely harsh on your hair. The remover will leave you untoned, probably an orangish color. So cover that with a medium to light brown untill it grows out.

Had the same problem...best thing to do is go to a professional. I tried it at home using a over the counter color stripper...nearly burnt my hair. Hair dresser...a professional is your very best bet. Remember nothing grows out slower than a bad hair cut/style/perm/dye job.

YOu have to go to a salon and have the color stripped. If you hair was healthy before you colored it it will be dry but okay, if was damaged you may have to cut quite a bit. DO NOT BLEACH IT!!!! It will be GREY believe me I did this. GOT A SALON!!!

ok, your references are not so desirable. What you want to do, is get an genuinely LEMON, reduce it in halves. Slice the floor off, and rub it on your hair. sit down contained in the daylight for 2.5 hours, squeezing slightly juice on there anytime, or, purely get the genuinely juice from a residing lemon, and juice it right into a twig bottle, and spray it on there each 15-0.5-hour.
