You have to give them info, just put in a junk email address. I have one I use for stuff like that.
Yahoo Health has one too, but you have to really look for it.

HEY MIKEY....I just looked at one of your other messages and noticed that you are 12 years old. At your age, there is SUCH a wide variety of shapes and sizes, so don't be worried if you are shown on a calculator as being underweight. (Most of them aren't really designed for kids) Even though I'm a girl, I didn't break 100 pounds until my junior year in college. People always asked if I was anorexic, but I wasn't. I was just naturally thin. Your weight will eventually catch up to your height, just like mine did, so don't stress if you're technically underweight right now. In several years, you'll probably be WISHING you could such "problems" again!

Probably easiest place to go to is www.ediets.com. Of course they will try to sell you stuff, but that's the internet for ya.
