raspberries and blackberries are great, and you can break them in half if you are concerned. Cooked peas and green beans are good too. My son loved to eat pears and apples, peeled but whole, although that can get a little (or a lot) messy. You can also cut squash and sweet potatoes into french-fry shaped strips and roast them in the oven at 400 degrees, 30 minutes with stirring them every 10 min. First spray them lightly with olive oil and you can sprinkle with seasonings if you like, but they are not necessary. My son loved creamed spinach too, although that's not too healthy. Make sure you offer these things at least at 4 different meals before giving up, as your child may not like them the first time but may love them the next.

Happy eating!

A thirteen month old, teeth or no teeth, can eat anything you can eat.

All fruits. Grate up things like apples, or cut them up small. Things like ripe melon or berries don't even have to be cut up.

All veggies are fine, too. If they're soft enough to cut with a fork, your baby will do fine.

I learned something recently from an Indian I know. Whatever you cook for your kids, put some Turmeric in it (you can buy it in the spice section). It will vastly boost you and your child's immune system.

You should easily be able to feed your child the harder fruits and vegetables. I would suggest you feed your child mangoes.

Anything that's not too hard. Like no apples. But broccoli, spinach, peaches, pears, bananas, beans... Just cut everything up really small.

Carrots will give them something to gnaw on. Peaches and apples are good if you slice them first. Plums are to messy. Seedless oranges are also good.
